The dynamic duo behind CASK met while pursuing their Master’s degrees. Chit-chatting about Eliot, Austen and Plath soon led to a friendship filled with fun, food, and book clubs. After pursuing careers apart, Caroline and Sarah joined forces to create CASK. Drawing on their corporate, marketing and magazine experiences, together they have crafted content for countless contented clients.

Caroline Aksich
The Founder, also.
Caroline is a National Magazine Award recipient, who has spent over a decade covering Toronto’s food, real estate and culture for major publications. Caroline is omnivorous — whether it’s food or writing assignments, the ex-Montrealer’s keen to try just about anything. On the writing front, she’s penned everything from first-person narratives about hunting octopus in the Adriatic to celebrity profiles, restaurant reviews and IKEA advertorials. When not tethered to her laptop, she can be found on a rugby pitch, hosting dinner parties, or, if it’s a nice day, basking on a patio while playing briscola.
